Funding
We are so grateful to everyone who contributes financially to NACC, without your generosity we would not be able to serve the local and wider communities of Chelmsford. Thank you.
NACC relies on two groups of people in order to pay for the management of the premises and its activities:
- The members of the Partnership Forum pay amounts which are agreed annually and relate to the size of the different organisations and their ability to pay;
- The community users and local activity groups who hire the premises;
- We also currently receive an annual grant from URC Eastern Synod who own the premises.
The Premises Development Project, which started in October 2019, has used money inherited from the former North Avenue United Reformed Church and a generous donation from Oasis Church Chelmsford. The majority of funding has come from other sources and we are very grateful for grants from URC Eastern Synod, The Rank Foundation, Congregational and General Charitable Trust, and Allchurches Trust.
