Tuesday and Thursday mornings at North Avenue have a very different feel as we turn the centre into a relaxed, welcoming cafe.
We serve a variety of breakfast options, toast toppers and toasted sandwiches as well as a selection of delicious cakes, scones and hot and cold drinks.
Open from 9:15am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sue and the team create a kind and caring environment where all are welcome to come in for a chat. The cafe is staffed by local friendly volunteers and has been set up as a not-for-profit initiative meaning that they are able to keep the prices of all the food and drink affordable.
